    Cancellation Policy:

    Any cancellations within a 24 hour window prior to your scheduled less it a loss of a lesson or a $40 fee. Cancellations made outside of the 24 hour window are not subject to the cancellation fee.​

    Packages cannot be converted nor changed to other packages.


    Scheduling Policy:

    All scheduling is confirmed on Saturday and Sunday for the week to come. We unfortunately do not book more than 7 days out from Saturdays to ensure clients get the best conditions possible.

    Retreat Cancellation Policy

    Beyond Surf SD offers a standard cancellation policy, with the most common being 100% refund for cancellations more than 70 days before the retreat start date. 

     

    At Beyond Surf SD, we go above and beyond most retreat policies. Those who cancel within 50 days of the retreat start date will be given a credit, not a refund. You have the option to put your credit toward a local program or a future retreat.
